All data is transmitted over encrypted channels using TLS 1.2+. Files and reports saved for your workspace live on protected cloud infrastructure with provider-managed encryption and access controls.

Our most important commitment: we never use your uploaded documents to train our AI models. Your intellectual property stays exclusively yours. Our AI models are pre-trained; your documents are only processed transiently to produce your report.

You control what stays in your workspace. When you delete a stored document or report, we remove it from the product surface and from our managed storage flow.

BrieflyGo runs on world-class cloud infrastructure with physical security controls, redundant storage, and automatic failover. Hosting providers maintain strict physical access controls at their data centers 24/7.

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only, protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA) and a principle-of-least-privilege policy. No customer data is accessible by support staff without explicit, audited authorization.
