Terms of Service

Terms of Service

By using BrieflyGo, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they’re written in plain English.

Not Legal Advice

BrieflyGo is an AI-powered tool for document translation and analysis — not a law firm. Our reports are for informational and recommendatory purposes only. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using our service. Our analysis does not substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. For any final legal decision, always consult a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction.

1.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrieflyGo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2.

Accuracy & Limitations

AI is a rapidly evolving technology. While we strive for the highest possible accuracy, we do not guarantee that our AI will identify every issue in every document. BrieflyGo is provided “as-is.” Always verify critical findings with a professional before acting on them.
3.

Usage Rights & Your Responsibility

You confirm that you have the legal right to upload any documents you provide to the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BrieflyGo complies with applicable laws, regulations, and any agreements you are bound by. Do not upload documents you do not have permission to share.
4.

Limitation of Liability

BrieflyGo is not liable for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes arising from decisions you make after using our service. You use BrieflyGo at your own risk. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
5.

Jurisdictional Variation

Laws differ significantly between U.S. states and countries. Our AI analyzes general legal principles — local or state-specific regulations may apply to your situation that our analysis does not cover. Always consult a local specialist for jurisdiction-specific matters.
6.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use BrieflyGo to: upload documents containing illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems; or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
7.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of BrieflyGo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
